"Live"
a band with one hit plays its song in the car on the way to
work. The song is about a mother who gives birth and sacrifices for his soul.
That precious moment at the corner of Erie and Herschel, during a red light,
staring at Hopps Irish pub in the very middle of a Cincinnati summer my mind
flashed a vision of a barrier, past the idea of mans knowledge, at the edge of the
universe where all souls and light begin. That energy did vibrate so quickly that he
did escape this boundary and head straight towards me. Lighting strikes and here he comes. I
felt him vibrate through the shadow of space and time, whipping past the planets
that did not matter. Spiraling toward that beautiful blue planet....
I did not tell Courtney of this visionary worm of energy heading towards me, but that night Courtney had a dream of God and the energy flashing into her, pray and recite the Lords Prayer over and over she did.
Seven years later I laugh at the joy of that little strand that came to us. "Well of Souls" my line of forged pieces always looks as if it is a dispenser for those little strands of life that join us through our travels in this wonderful place of life.
