It Should be Some Kind of a Crime October 27, 2006
As I have documented, ad nauseam, Pierson's former soccer coach and club are simply terrible. Now many of his former teammates' parents have expressed to me how miserable they are on that team now. First of all, I think it should be some kind of crime against common decency for an alleged man to call himself a coach and spoil a sport for young boys. Secondly, I kind of think if you are in a situation in which your child is unhappy, then change the situation and get away from those people.
I still cannot believe that a so-called select club would allow a completely incompetent person to ruin a game for enthusiastic young men and attempt to 'coach.' I know...as my father said many, many times as I was growing up, life is not fair...where did you ever get that idea? But I can dream of justice and fairness, right?
