Twelve years wasn't enough. It went way too fast, with too few walks, and not enough Frisbee sessions. Kobe was my shadow, my best friend, and a dog who almost never broke a rule.   It was in his soul that you could find a dog who just wanted to love and be next to you no matter the circumstances. He never, except when required by law walked with a leash, because it seemed that it was his love that attached him to us. He slept on my side of the bed every night, he was soft, fuzzy, and comforted me in hard times. He had one trick of circling what ever you told him to circle around, and in his prime pulled the Frisbee out of the air like the best of any Frisbee dog. I'll miss him, in fact I'm crushed by his absence.
